Business Banking Partner – Financial Institutions

Job Responsibilities 

  • Regional Consolidator – Act as a Regional consolidator between Sales & Banking team for solutioning of below activities :
    a) Bank Limits status consolidator – Corporate wise Update on limits requirement and Banks status from PAN India Banks for the allocated region.
    b) Bidding status consolidator – Support the closure of Bidding cases of the region and thereby support the Bidding team 


Hence the BBP will become One Point Spoc for the entire allocated region i.e. RH/ TL/
 CRM/ Transaction Mgr of that region for all their Limits update & Bidding closure .

  • Monthly Sales Review – Attend Monthly Regional sales reviews and provide inputs.
    Conduct Weekly Reviews :a) Weekly Corporate wise review with each RH/ CRM – for their requirements and support required to achieve their business volumes.
    b) Weekly Bank wise reviews with each Banking TL/BRM – for the region and update sales team at regular intervals.
  • Corporate Meetings – Participate in meeting with critical corporates of the region to understand their requirements and arrive at the Avg ROI of the corporate which also ensures max Bank limit utilisation. Hence the corporate requirements are re-validated by  the BBP (i.e. over and above the CRM) 


Functional Competencies
 

  • Team Player – The person should be team player and should be able to work with and manage direct, support and cross-functional teams and other relevant stakeholders to grow business. 
  • Business plan focus – The person should be able to plan, forecast, measure, and report business volumes on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required
  • Credit Analysis – The person should be able to understand the corporate profile, Business model, have a detailed understanding of the Financial statements, Credit Bureaus reports, and be comfortable with data and manage the reports well. 
  • Partner Relationship management – Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
  • Bank Limit Credit parameters – Have deep knowledge and expertise of the FIs (PAN India) and understand their credit assessment / Limit assessment parameters to drive partner connection in the defined territory to ensure maximum FI impact on customer  acquisition, renewals and consumption 
  • Self Driven person – Should be Thought Leader, Target Oriented, Assertive, Focused, and Honest & Hard-working.


Profile and Qualifications
 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintech domain specially in portfolio management and ready to take on challenges for a speedy career growth.
  • Experience should include Financial Institutions/Core Sales, Market
  • Expansion/Penetration, Business Development in Financial Services domain.
  • Candidates with a professional degree in Finance will be preferred (MBA, CA etc.)
  • Candidates based locally and operating in the required catchment area will be preferred.
