About us:

M1xchange is India’s leading RBI-licensed TReDS platform that started in 2017, connecting corporates & MSMEs to Banks/NBFCs. It is a fast & secure digital marketplace to sell receivables to financiers to facilitate bill discounting. Transactions on the TReDS platform happen digitally when an MSME supplier of goods & services raises an invoice, and the buyer validates the same. This permits the financiers(banks/NBFCs) to bid against the invoice. Once the supplier accepts the bid, the payment is processed in 24 hours and credited to the MSMEs bank account. Through this platform, MSMEs get greater access to finance at competitive rates without providing any collateral.

Desired Candidate:

  • MBA – Marketing student focusing on Business Development, Sales, or a related field with aggregate of CGPI 6.5%.
  • Handled 2-3 or maybe more different kinds of projects during your MBA program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for Business development in Banking and finance.

 

Banking Relationship Responsibility:

  • Support Banking TLs in Managing & growing the existing banking/NBFC relationships on the M1xchange (TReDS platform) & ensuring maximum limits set up for the corporate buyers in alignment with the monthly business throughput projections.
  • Support Banking TLs in onboarding and activation of new Banks/NBFCs & ensuring timely portal demo/IT Integration for the newly onboarded Bank/NBFC before the activation.
  • Monitoring the timely renewals & enhancements of corporate buyers limits with the respective Bank/NBFC basis the monthly business throughput projections.
  • Junior/Mid level engagement with the Bank/NBFC to deepen the M1xchange relationship with the respective Bank/NBFC.
  • Support Banking TLs in increasing the throughput, outstanding, revenues, yields & other business performance metrics for the assigned geography for all products covered under the Mynd Fintech umbrella.
  • Support Banking TLs in achieve targets in line with the target established for the area in terms of revenues & volumes.
